Gail Gammell

Gail Gammell is the author of multiple books. In addition to writing, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren (12, 15 & 17), her friends and her beautiful cavapoo, Bailey. An Irish-Canadian expat, she moved to the UK over a decade ago, while her grandkids were, well, kids. When asked what she misses most about Canada, she says it’s her family and friends with whom she spent up to 6 decades with. Plus some of the national foods… When asked if she’s glad to be in England, she offers a resounding yes!

Among her interests, besides writing, are reading, gardening, the royal family (especially when Elizabeth the Great was alive), watching tv and films on her iPad, going to the theatre, to the cinema, finding new afternoon tea venues and having coffee and a natter with fellow authors at Cafe W or Starbucks!
